What happens on the call?
A senior engineer spends 30 minutes with you — a quick repo walkthrough or screen share, a handful of pointed questions, and the first-pass risk list. No slide deck, no sales pitch. Within 24–48 hours after the call we send a written rescue-vs-rewrite recommendation with a fixed-price scope if you want to proceed.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no deposit, no hourly meter. The diagnostic is our qualification step — we only want engagements we can ship confidently, so we invest 60–90 minutes upfront to know before you pay anything.
Do I have to share code?
Ideally yes — either a read-only repo invite or a live screen share. If that's a no, we can work from a verbal architecture walkthrough and screenshots, though the recommendation is less precise. NDA on request before anything is shared.
What timezone do you cover?
US Eastern through Western European hours with flexibility on either side. Most calls land between 9am ET and 5pm CET. If you're on APAC hours, we'll find a window — mention it in the form.
What if I'm not sure my project qualifies?
Submit anyway. We've rescued JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python apps from every major AI tool. If we're not the right fit — wrong stack, wrong budget, wrong stage — we'll tell you in the first reply and often point you somewhere better.
